User-Focused Analyst: You don’t just look at clicks and conversion numbers. You dig into user lead data to identify pain points, uncover what’s resonating, and refine marketing strategies for deeper impact.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Strategy & Execution
Plan, launch, and optimize PPC campaigns on Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, and YouTube with a focus on lead generation.

Develop keyword and audience strategies targeting specific demographics (e.g., Baby Boomers).

Stay current on best practices and emerging trends, testing new formats and channels as applicable.

Data Tracking & Reporting
Set up and manage tracking/analytics via Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Data Studio.

Leverage CallRail, HubSpot, and Supermetrics to tie ad spend directly to leads, conversions, and user behavior data.
Monitor and analyze key metrics (CPL, CPA, ROAS), delivering actionable insights and performance reports.

User & Lead Analysis
Go beyond surface-level metrics to interpret lead behavior, preferences, and pain points.

Collaborate with marketing and intake teams to understand user feedback, funnel drop-offs, and campaign impact on overall lead quality.

Continuously refine targeting, messaging, and landing pages based on user insights.

Creative Collaboration
Offer input to our in-house or contracted video/creative teams on making ads more engaging for YouTube and display campaigns.

Experiment with different ad formats and audience strategies to drive optimal results.

Budget Management
Handle sizable monthly PPC budgets responsibly and transparently.

Forecast and adjust spend to meet monthly and quarterly targets, ensuring consistent lead flow.

Continuous Optimization
Conduct A/B tests (ad copy, landing pages, targeting) to boost campaign performance.

Identify and troubleshoot tracking or data discrepancies, ensuring flawless lead handoff to HubSpot and other CRMs.


Qualifications
Proven PPC Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on experience with Google Ads, Bing/Microsoft Ads, and YouTube campaigns focused on lead generation.

Analytical Skill Set: Familiarity with GA4, Data Studio, GTM,
Supermetrics, CallRail, and HubSpot (or similar CRMs) for tracking, user analysis, and reporting.

Attribution & Data Accuracy: Demonstrable track record in troubleshooting tracking issues and ensuring data integrity across platforms.

Collaborative Mindset: Experience working with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Creative, etc.).
Strong Communication: Comfortable discussing strategies and results with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Time Zone Overlap: Able to overlap at least 5 hours per day with Bangkok time zone for real-time collaboration.
